Quick answers for curious beans

Is delivery really free?

Yes. Free standard delivery to every UK address. No minimum spend, no code, no catch.

How long will my tee take?

Every tee is printed to order, so it isn't sat on a shelf waiting for you. Printing usually takes 2 to 5 working days, then delivery takes around 3 to 5 working days. Busy periods (hello, Christmas) can take a little longer. We'll email you tracking as soon as it ships.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Not yet. We deliver to UK addresses only for now.

What sizes do you do?

Unisex XS to 2XL. Between sizes? Size up for a relaxed streetwear fit.

What are the tees like?

Soft, unisex tees with the design printed on the front. Every one has our jelly drip JUS label on the back of the neck, colour-matched to the bean on the front (group designs get a multicoloured one).

How do I look after my tee?

Machine wash inside out at 30 degrees. Don't bleach. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Don't iron directly on the print. Treat it nicely and the colours will keep shouting.

Can I return something?

Yes. Changed your mind? You've got 14 days from delivery to tell us. Faulty, misprinted or wrong item? Tell us within 30 days and we'll replace it or refund you. Full details are in our returns policy.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us as soon as you can with your order number. If your tee hasn't gone into production yet, we'll sort it. If it has, you can still return it under our returns policy.

Where's my order?

You'll get a tracking email when it ships. If it hasn't arrived after 15 working days, email us with your order number and we'll chase it.

Who draws the beans?

The Squad is created in our studio using a mix of AI tools and Canva. Every design is an original JUS creation. Say hello to everyone on our Meet the Squad page.
