Free UK delivery. Always.

Every order ships free to addresses in the United Kingdom. No minimum spend, no promo code, no catch.

Made to order

Each tee is printed especially for you, so it doesn't leave the building the second you hit the buy button. Printing usually takes 2 to 5 working days. Delivery then takes around 3 to 10 working days. That's roughly 5 to 15 working days from order to your door. At busy times (hello, Christmas) it can take a little longer, and we'll always do our best to keep you in the loop.

Tracking

When your order ships you'll get an email with tracking details. If you order more than one item they may arrive in separate parcels. That's normal, not a mistake.

Where we deliver

UK addresses only for now. Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away and we'll try to fix it before your order is printed. Once an order has shipped we can't change the address.

Lost, late or damaged

If your parcel hasn't arrived after 15 working days, or it turns up damaged, email hello@jellyurbansquad.com with your order number (and a photo if it's damaged) and we'll put it right.
